The Weekly
Last week, in the heat of writing I posted The Weekly, I committed a boo-boo; or at least in my own eyes. As I read back over the weekly, I wrote as if anyone who would have read it was already following along. I jumped right into the heat of things without a second thought and IMO, that?s bad blogging.
The Tarot Weekly is a regular forecast drawing on the energy that is relevant to the?for the?Other, or spiritual seeker, translating trending energies, issues, and influences on a week-by-week basis. For those attracted?to the message, these weekly readings are insights into the universal influences, identified with the Tarot, and translated by your host, Scott.
After a period of meditation and connection a deck of the Tarot ?illustrates?the ebb and flow of information, cast in various spreads, sometimes deviating with day-by-day details, clarifying cards, and mediations which show the lesson of the weekly spread.
Readers are encouraged to follow along with their own deck, attempt their own?Tarot Journey?s?and comment on their shared experience.
The Tarot Weekly is not for everyone, in fact it is specifically cast for those on a path of personal growth, self-improvement, and healing, the one who doesn?t follow the beaten path. The information, aimed?at personal evolution, self-awareness, planetary connection, and co-creation.
You can read more about this in the ?Craft? section of the site, on the Tarot Weekly page.
Communion
On with the message this week, in a word: Communion.
Among it?s meanings, I?m following the definition is an intimate fellowship or rapport; an act or instance of sharing; or simply entering into a focused state of meditation or ritual and connecting with the spirit.
Direct from meditation:
?The Weekly is about giving thanks, performing our rituals of gratitude without want or desire for an effect other than communion. This is transformative in and of itself when we apply a method that allows us to achieve authentic communication with our spirits.?
The calling to commune is out there. Seeking direct revelation with your guides, gods, angels and spirits be they plant, animal, energy, stone, of family council.
Combining the last few weeks I create the following: ?Deepening and expanding through communion (communication).
The Tarot

Weekly Tarot: 07/25 - 31/11
In order of appearance: Queen of Pentacles, The Sun (R), Knight of Swords, Judgement, The Wheel of Fortune, Queen of Cups.
?Practical and caring understanding of the inner workings; knowing and accepting the cyclical changes; taking time to get focused on what is?happening, allowing oneself to see through to the point; without judgement for the bigger pattern is available through tender communion; rebirth is seen in the tapestry, not the threads; feel the emotional climate of the great flow.?
Allies
?Pythagoras taught that music should never be approached simply as a form of entertainment. Rather, he recognized that music was an expression of Harmonia, the divine principle that brings order to chaos and discord, and holds all things in their proper relationships. As such, music has a dual value. Like mathematics, it enables men and women to see into the fundamental structures of nature. But further, if utilized correctly, it can bring the faculties of the soul into harmony with these structures, composing and purifying the mind and body, and thus restoring and maintaining perfect health.?
~Pythagoras: Divine Harmony
Resonance. Resonating.
There is a story that floats around in the minds and on the web that one Dr. Masura Emoto experimented with water and then measured?the water at a microscopic level after subjecting them to music, names, and thoughts. It is suggested?that names like Hitler, and music like heavy metal, produced distorted water crystals where classical music and the name Mother Teresa created beautiful water crystals.
I think it?s interesting that people want to quantify spirituality with science to ?prove? that it?s ?real.? This also doesn?t make much of an alliance with the misunderstood foundation of the mystical experience. Although I have seen manifestations of some pretty unbelievable things, when we are speaking of magick and/or mysticism I don?t think that scientific evidence is a basis for its effectiveness. That?s not saying I do not believe in cause and effect. I am dealing with invisible connections that are woven into the in-between places of all things and I wouldn?t call it magick if it didn?t defy scientific explanation. I have my reasoning, and my experience and these realms and their populations and rules work for me. I don?t need an electron microscope to prove it.
How did I come to that place? How does anyone?
Sometimes we have lucid moments of super-reality. Maybe we have studied for years and have moved through the framework of magickal teaching and have entered the mystical experience of it. Some folks were simply ?born this way,? or had an experience of awakening that caused them to enter into the realm of the shaman or mystic. Sometimes we have a bit of ?all the above? and that brings us into it all. However we made the journey into this other realm of realness when we can come to the place of communion what we have is an experience of unity.
Spiritual pow-wow. Merging of energies. Communion and so Transfiguration.
When we have this experience, this merger there is something like an alchemical truth, we have mixed our elements with that of another realm, and the two have amalgamated into something else. In my experience it is a bit like being more myself and simultaneously something new altogether, maybe this is why they call it remembering.
So, I ask, if we spend the time to embrace the message through direct communication. If we come at it with a gentle heart, a focused mind, and a will to experience it. What happens to us as people when we do? My friend Astrid says, ?A Seer?is not afraid to SEE.?
There is a reality that is beyond our personal lens, and we are directly connected to it. Seeking the answer in a focused and concentrated effort, and opening up to see beyond the cloud cover of our thoughts and emotions, rising up to the spiritual sun, moon, and stars -the lights in our spiritual sky- we come to that grand pattern. From this vantage we can see the colors of the tapestry that we were so focused on as well as how they thread into the bigger design.
To be clear, I?m speaking from the message of becoming and not just listening or seeing. I?m speaking of merging, or resonating. Imagining that we are all toning our unique sounds and then harmonizing with the guiding forces in our life. The two create a harmonic frequency and the new sound causes the revelation.
Note that in the Tarot of the Spirit, we see Judgment as Rebirth.
I find this interesting. I welcome and look forward to any notes you may have.
Be well.
